One phone call
Call us, or ask your doctor or hospital to send a referral. We take the details and start the paperwork right away.
- Step 2 of 4
A visit at home
For home health, a nurse can often visit within 24 to 48 hours of your doctor’s referral. For Medicaid in-home services, the state (DHSS) assesses your needs, usually within about two weeks.

A plan built around you
Your care plan follows your doctor’s orders or your state assessment, and visits are scheduled around your life, not ours.
